1on1Baller.com is an open, fast paced, and intense 1 on 1 basketball tournament with BIG payouts to the top 3 finalists! #getpaid! In this ‘win or go home’ format, you will not find help or redemption in a losers bracket – because there isn’t one.
These tournaments are designed for Ballers of all shapes, sizes, skill level and basketball background to test their games against the best of the best in hopes of not only winning it all, but collecting a #BallersBounty that’s unheard of from a basketball tournament.
With multiple height divisions, 1on1Baller creates a competitive but fair atmosphere for all comers. Top 3 finalists in each tournament are guaranteed prize money!

How does it work?
Simple – Find a tournament in your area that fits your height bracket and sign up online! Next be sure to check for follow up emails to confirm your registration and any changes that may come up. We recommend registering for our Baller Newsletter for current events, upcoming tournaments, and relevant basketball news. You will also be able to check the “Ballers Bracket” to see who you are playing and what time your first game is. Signing up is fast and easy!
- go to the Registration page.
- Enter your email address and password.
- You will then be sent an email confirmation to activate your account (depending on your settings, the email may be in your spam folder)
- Click on the email confirmation to confirm your profile – you will then need to login on the site.
- Once you have logged in you can register for a Tournament and update your profile!
Tournament Rules
- All games will have a Referee!
- 8 minute game times, running clock. 7 minutes between games.
- Games are played straight up to 15 points by 2’s and 3’s or whoever is in the lead at the end of 8 minutes.
- All games start on the hour and then every 15 minutes. For example – round of games at 8am, 8:15am, 8:30am etc.
- 20 second shot clock
- Jump Ball goes to the DEFENSIVE player!
- Ro Sham Bo (Paper, rock, scissors) for first possession.
- This is a Win or Go Home Tournament.
- Sudden death if the game is tied at the end of 8 minutes / regulation. First person to score wins. Ro Sham Bo to determine who gets ball first.
- 2 Technical fouls. 2nd Technical Foul is automatic disqualification (Respect the referee’s!)
- Disqualification occurs on players 5th foul. If a foul occurs in the act of shooting and making a basket, the shooting player will receive the basket points plus one additional point. For all other fouls the ball is re-checked at the top of the key.
- 5 Second max to check the ball in / Stalling can result in loss of one point – referee discretion.
- The ball must be checked in at the top of the 3 point line.
- Standard College Rules for fouls, carrying, double dribble, traveling, etc.
- You must check the ball after each made basket, the ball going out of bounds, foul etc. If a steal happens, blocked shot or a shot does not hit the rim, the offensive player must take the ball back across the 3pt line before attempting to score – this can be done by placing 1 “entire” foot on the other side of the 3 point line. The full foot must cross the line, failure to do so will result in the ball being re-checked at the top of the key to the current offensive player.
- Championship game is 11 minutes and played to 15 pts. by 2’s and 3’s.
- Injuries – 2 minutes max. If unable to continue forfeiture will take place. This is at the referee’s discretion.
- Injury in the last 2 minutes is automatic forfeiture.
- Players must be 16 years of age or older to Ball. Players who are under the age of 18 are required to have a parent or guardian present to sign a release waiver.
- All Players will be required to sign a release waiver upon checking in.
